"Do you play weddings?"

One of the most common questions that I hear from audience members at the many concerts in which I participate each season is, "do you play weddings?"  While the answer is yes, I must stress that I am not the stereotypical "wedding trumpeter."  I do not make my living hustling from one church to the next, cramming six weddings into a weekend.  I am a classical trumpeter with a full schedule of orchestral, chamber, and solo engagements, some of which are weddings.  To me, a wedding performance is the same as a solo recital or an orchestra concert and I take it no less seriously.   I consider every performance an opportunity to share the magic of great music.  Of course, if I play at your wedding, you get to pick the music.  Click on the links below to learn more.
